About the Brand
A little bit on the brand, they were founded in 2019 by a small group of friends - most notably former YouTuber Marcus Butler and model girlfriend Stefanie Giesinger - who have worked in the fashion industry for a combined duration of 50+ years. The brand grew from a desire to create a sustainable clothing, which was both fashion forward and affordable. The brand states that nu-in is born out of necessity and with responsibility to protect our planet and its inhabitants. Having the lowest possible impact on the environment underpins every decision made.
The Products
I initially made an order having seen the Towelling Joggers and Hoodies online and thought they would be super comfortable for during the 'lockdown period', as well as this I picked up the Layered Cuff Hoodie in Black, as I needed a replacement for my now ageing Champion Hoodie.
The product's themselves came swiftly each individually packed in a nu-in box with biodegradable packing. Initial impressions were impressive, the quality of material used on all the garments was excellent considering the price point. I posted some pictures on Instagram of the 'Cream' Towelling outfit - see the key image for reference - and was fortunate enough to be reached to by the brand for a collaboration.
They gifted me a pair of Black Carpenter Wide Leg Jeans, a Mock Neck Relaxed T Shirt and a Patch Pocket Oversized Shirt. Again with these the fit and quality was really impressive for such a new brand they have really researched and chosen suppliers well, with perfect silhouettes and cuts. They have also been rapidly expanding their range of products and i will definitely be making purchases in future!
